It was in 2004 that concept was born. Laetitia Cohen-Skalli, who was preparing a Master's degree in Design and Visual Communication, was looking for an innovative concept for her project. Over the course of the year, she prepared the fictitious launch of a jewelry brand, RedLine, combining for the first time noble materials such as gold and diamonds with the lightness of a thread.

After obtaining her Master's degree, she decided to give life to her project and launched her range of minimalist haute-couture jewelry: RedLine was born.
Inspired by the celebrity craze around the Jerusalem red thread, Laetitia's creations combine the purity of the gemstone with the symbolism of the thread, a true good-luck charm since the dawn of time, across peoples and cultures.
"It's a little-known truth: to remain beautiful, jewelry needs to be worn very often. And when I say worn, I mean loved." Amélie Nothomb
