Bracelet Arthus Bertrand Médaille Miraculeuse Cordon Or Jaune
285.00€La Maison offers a new way of wearing its miraculous medal, on a bracelet, close to the skin. Made of yellow gold, the medal is tied on a black waxed cotton cord, adjustable to each wrist. A fetish object, the miraculous medal is also highly symbolic. Its origins lie in an apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1830 on rue du Bac in Paris, who proclaimed: "Those who wear this medal with confidence will receive great graces". The front shows the Virgin Mary standing on a half globe, her feet crushing the serpent. On the other side, a cross surmounts Mary's initials. Underneath, Jesus' heart is crowned with thorns and hers pierced with a sword. Wear solo or in a mix'N match.
